'Turandot: Christopher Tin Finale' - Available February 6
Christopher will release the recording of his acclaimed completion of 'Turandot' on February 6, 2026. With a libretto by Emmy-winning playwright Susan Soon He Stanton, Christopher's recording features an all-star cast: Christine Goerke as Turandot, Clay Hilley as Calàf, the English National Opera Chorus, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Christopher conducts the recording himself, which was made at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.

Christopher's newest album 'Song Offerings: Choral Works by Christopher Tin' has now been released in full on the famed Decca Gold classical record label. Performed by Denver's premiere choral ensemble Kantorei, and recorded and produced by the Grammy-winning classical recording team Soundmirror, 'Song Offerings' is a recording of two of Christopher's multi-movement choral works: 'Song Offerings', conducted by Kantorei's Artistic Director Joel M. Rinsema, and 'Transfigurations', conducted by Christopher himself.

Lara Downes - Piano Concerto Commission
Christopher has been commissioned by pianist Lara Downes to compose a piano concerto for performance during the sesquicentennial of the United States in 2026. A to-be-announced consortium of world-leading orchestras will be giving performances globally starting with an American premiere in 2026.
New Work: 'Song Offerings'
Christopher's latest choral suite is a setting of 'Gitanjali', the Nobel Prize-winning collection of poetry by Rabindranath Tagore. Commissioned by Denver-based choir Kantorei, Christopher unveiled the new work in two concerts, co-conducted by Kantorei's Managing Director Joel Rinsema.
'Turandot' at Washington National Opera
Washington National Opera's production of 'Turandot', with a new ending by Christopher, was a smash hit. The entire run sold out prior to opening night, with rave reviews and coverage from The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, NPR and Associated Press.
